Much of my work for the past eight years had been in monitoring and evaluating programmes for charities, NGOs, social enterprises, foundations and businesses; designing theories of change and outcomes frameworks, drafting data collection tools, processes and systems, conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, embedding learnings into organisations, and writing internal and external reports.

I am passionate about designing systems and processes that collect meaningful data to demonstrate impact but also work within the capacity and resource of the organisation. M&E is an opportunity to use data for more than just demonstrating outcomes, it is an opportunity to look back at the programme, learn from it, embed the learnings into major and minor programme iterations and share those learnings with the wider sector.

I have worked with a wide range of organisations to demonstrate and learn from their outcomes over the years, from international youth programmes to local grassroots organisations.
